Gerald M. Marcinkoski

Gerald M. Marcinkoski is of counsel to the law firm Lacey & Jones in Birmingham, Mich. He has served as president of the Michigan Board of Law Examiners, as the executive secretary of the Michigan Self Insurers’ Association, and as a Special Assistant to the Attorney General of Michigan.  He is a fellow in the national College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers. He authored a monthly periodical “Michigan Workers’ Comp Reporter,” and. co-authored the book “Michigan Workers’ Comp Fundamentals.”
