Hailey Fader serves in donor relations for the Mackinac Center for Public Policy. In this role, she nurtures relationships with the Mackinac Center's growing network of supporters in Michigan and across the nation. Hailey brings to the advancement team more than a decade of experience in sales and customer service, along with a background in business operations, real estate, marketing, and disaster services.
She earned her bachelor of science degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration, with an emphasis in budgeting and finance, from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids. Hailey is a strong advocate for government transparency, individual liberty and responsibility, and the power of community.
Beyond her work, Hailey is a violinist and plays with the Midland Community Orchestra. In her free time, she enjoys restoring her and her husband's Mid-Century Modern home, appreciating Michigan’s beautiful cities and seasons, and spending time with friends and family.
