Holly Montalbano is the Mackinac Center for Public Policy's director of events. A seasoned professional, Holly has broad experience across multiple communication disciplines and diverse industries/sectors. Prior to joining MCPP, she led global business communications for INEOS Styrolution and Dow Inc., overseeing events, branding, content strategies, partnership activations, employee outreach, and executive communications. Her background also includes public affairs and corporate social responsibility roles at ARAMARK and H-E-B Grocery Co., where she developed and executed large-scale community engagement programs.
As director of events, Holly is responsible for leading an event strategy that delivers a high-impact experience for the Center’s supporters, donors, and policy influencers. She collaborates closely with all departments to strengthen MCPP’s outreach and engagement through well-executed events.
She received her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Tulsa and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) certification from Boston College.
