Nicole Beck-Irrer serves as the director of advancement for the Mackinac Center of Public Policy. In this role, she oversees key functions of the advancement team, helps establish meaningful partnerships with supporters and develops strategies for organizational growth.  

Beck-Irrer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwood University.

She joined the Center after two decades at a fortune 15 company in various leadership roles. She earned a reputation as a results-driven, dedicated, and visionary leader who delivers exceptional results. Her ability to navigate complex challenges, coupled with her strong communication skills, has enabled her to build lasting relationships with teams, clients and business partners and achieve remarkable success.
