Victoria Hoffman is the advancement engagement associate at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy. She joined the Center in March 2021 as an advancement intern, and was hired full time in September 2023 in donor relations.

While studying political science and criminal justice at Saginaw Valley State University, she deepened her beliefs in individual liberties and government transparency.

As a Michigan native, Tori and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors hunting, boating and hiking.
