Gregory F. Rehmke, a Mackinac Center Board of Scholars member, is editor of www.EconomicThinking.org and program director for Economic Thinking. He has directed high school speech and debate programs since the 1980s. Rehmke has directed educational programs at the Free Enterprise Institute and The Reason Foundation and until recently for the Foundation for Economic Education. He was also President of the Knowledge Network Foundation and co-author of the Solutions software program.
Rehmke has a degree in Economics from the University of Washington and has worked with the Reason Foundation, the Institute for Humane Studies and the Free Enterprise Institute. Rehmke has written on environmental topics for PERC Reports, a newsletter of the Political Economy Research Center in Bozeman, Montana. He written over one hundred articles on public policy topics as well as published resource books, study guides, and newsletters focused on the economic aspects of over 20 past high school debate topics. Rehmke also contributes to the National Center for Policy Analysis's Debate Central Web pages.
