Daniel Bowen

Daniel Bowen is a Ph.D. candidate in education policy and a distinguished doctoral fellow at the University of Arkansas. Bowen received his Bachelor of Arts in political science and Master of Education from the University of Notre Dame. He has published and presented research on school accountability, school choice and the value of noncore school subjects and extracurricular activities.
