Givi Kutidze

Givi Kutidze is an adjunct scholar with the Mackinac Center for Public Policy, a research and educational institute headquartered in Midland, Mich., and a former senior advisor to the National Security Council of Georgia. He also served as advisor to the State Minister on Reforms Coordination and the Council of Europe’s Anti-Corruption Program.
