Dr. John Semmens

John Semmens is a research fellow at the Independent Institute, a research project manager in the Arizona Department of Transportation Research Center, and contributing author to the Independent Institute book "Street Smart: Competition, Entrepreneurship and the Future of Roads," edited by Gabriel Roth. Semmens also is an adjunct scholar with the Mackinac Center for Public Policy, a research and educational institute headquartered in Midland, Mich.
