Dr. Wayne D. Lancaster is a professor at the Center for Molecular Medicine and Genetics, and Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wayne State University’s School of Medicine. He holds a doctorate in microbiology/biochemistry from WSU, and has conducted postdoctoral research in microbiology at St. Louis University and the Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation. Dr. Lancaster has authored or co-authored more than 100 articles on carcinomas and human viruses, and holds seven medical patents.
