Scott E. Harrington

Scott E. Harrington is Professor of Insurance and Finance, College of Business Administration, University of South Carolina. A faculty member of the Insurance Department of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, from 1978-88, he was published numerous articles on insurance markets and insurance regulation.
