About this audio file: On May 22, 2008, Diane S. Katz, adjunct scholar with the Mackinac Center, was a guest on "The Ron Jolly Show" on WTCM in Traverse City. Katz discussed a policy brief she co-authored with Dr. Theodore Bolema, another of the Center’s adjunct scholars, that assesses various legislation the Michigan House and Senate are considering that would increase government intervention in energy production and sales. Katz also discussed the outside influences that control the Michigan Climate Action Council.
