Environmental attorney Peter Glaser testifies before the Michigan Senate Natural Resources, Environment and Great Lakes Committee on Feb. 10, 2011. Glaser talked about the federal Environmental Protection Agency's "War on Energy." Non-binding resolutions asking Congress to ban the EPA from unilaterally imposing greenhouse gas regulations passed easily in both the Michigan House and Senate.
