Welcome to "bannering," a new method being deployed by Big Labor bosses who wish to continue exerting their influence over a marketplace where employers, customers and workers have turned sharply against using union labor.
Thanks to a recent court ruling, unions can demonstrate against a company whose employees are content to not belong to a union. According to an industry advocate, the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters' attacks on Ritsema Associates are "threatening companies whose employees who are happy to be there."
