As time passes, the real foundations and intents of ObamaCare become glaringly apparent.
The latest ObamaCare revelation came from the supposed “bipartisan” health care bill of Democratic Senator Max Baucus. Those who choose not to buy a government-approved health care plan can be imprisoned up to one year and fined up to $25,000. It seems the heavy hand of government would be exercising some serious coercion and extortion on We the People.
Under the Baucus plan, just about everyone would be forced to purchase a government approved or provided health care plan. Those who decline would be forced to pay a $1,900 “excise tax” as a gentle reminder that disobeying the Obama Administration is not recommended. If the $1,900 were not paid, the year in jail and $25,000 fine would be added on to the financial burden to help the subject to better understand his or her role in the Obama Kingdom.
Nowhere in the Constitution of the United States of America is our federal government granted the right to demand of any citizen that he or she must purchase a specific product or service. The Tenth Amendment to our Constitution grants to individuals and states immunity from such heavy-handed federal coercion.
ObamaCare would rewrite our Constitution, destroy the Tenth Amendment and put all power over the former citizens who would then be subjects in ObamaLand.
