On Thursday, March 5, 2009, Paul Kersey, director of labor policy for the Mackinac Center, was a guest on "The Ron Jolly Show" on WTCM in Traverse City. Kersey discussed his research into how much Michigan taxpayers contribute in the form of agency fees to labor unions that represent state employees, why the Employee Free Choice Act would be bad for employees and why Michigan laborers need right-to-work protections.
