‘22b Discretionary Payment’

This line refers to the section 22b money described earlier under “Payment Sections," (see point No. 3). According to the Grand Rapids SAFSR, the district received $2,311,238.47 for this section 22b payment, with an estimated total payment of $27,434,412.45 in fiscal 2007.
