On Feb. 6, 2007, David L. Littmann, senior economist for the Mackinac Center for Public Policy, was a guest on "The Paul W. Smith Show" on Detroit’s WJR 760 AM. Littmann discussed Gov. Jennifer Granholm’s State of the State address, which was to be delivered that evening, and suggested eight ways the state could trim its budget and avoid raising taxes. The interview is seven minutes and 30 seconds long.
