About this audio file: On June 18, 2008, Marc Holley, an adjunct scholar with the Mackinac Center and a doctoral fellow in public policy at the University of Arkansas, was a guest on "The Frank Beckmann Show" on WJR 760AM. Holley discussed his forthcoming primer on teacher quality, which in part addresses how best to handle teacher compensation. Holley also briefly discussed competition among schools. The interview is four minutes and two seconds.
