About the Author
Donald J. Kochan is a student at Cornell Law School and an adjunct scholar with the Mackinac Center for Public Policy. In 1995, Mr. Kochan was the Charles G. Koch Fellow at Defenders of Property Rights in Washington, D.C., and in 1994 was a research assistant to The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies in Washington, D.C. A native of Sterling Heights, Michigan, he is a graduate of Western Michigan University with majors in political science and philosophy.
