What Is Right-to-Work?

In this video, the Mackinac Center's Anne Schieber explains what a right-to-work law would mean for Michigan, should one be passed. A right-to-work law means that unions can't require an employee be fired for declining to pay union dues or agency fees, while maintaining a union's ability to collectively bargain.
